| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání cizinců na území České republiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat proces zaměstnávání cizinců, najít nedostatky v současném procesu a navrhnout opatření k jeho zlepšení. Práce obsahuje teoretické informace o migraci, historii migrace a informace související s legalizací pobytu a práce cizinců na území ČR. Analýza procesu zaměstnávání cizinců vychází z autorčiných praktických zkušeností, veřejně dostupných informačních zdrojů a výsledků z provedeného dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma thesis deals with the problemacy of foreigners´ employment in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of employment of foreigners, to identify possible weaknesses in the current process and to propose measures for its improvement. The thesis includes theoretical information and its history and the information related to the legalisation of the foreigners´ stay and work in the Czech Republic. The analysis of the employing foreigners´ process is based on the author´s practical experience, further on the publicly accessible informational sources and lastly on the results of the held questionnaire survey. |
