| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem bakalářké práce je zkoumání procesu expanze vybrané české firmy na zahraniční trh. V práci jsou nejprve teoreticky rozebrané možnosti vstupu na zahraniční trh, poté je představena mnou vybraná dopravní společnost VCHD Cargo a.s. a aspekty, které ji ke vstupu na zahraniční trh vedou. Ke konci práce pak jednotlivé teoretické možnosti vstupu vztahuji na VCHD Cargo a zkoumám, která varianta vstupu je pro společnost nejlepší. Závěrem pro VCHD Cargo navrhuji nejlepší strategii vstupu na německý trh. |

| Abstract: | The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to explore the expansion process of a selected Czech company to a foreign market. The theoretical options of entry to a foreign market are discussed at the beginning. Afterwards I introduce a Czech transport company VCHD Cargo a.s. and main aspects that lead this company to its foreign market expansion. Lastly, I am going to explore each theoretical option of a foreign market expansion for VCHD Cargo a.s. and try to reach a conclusion about the best possible option of a foreign market entry. In conclusion, for VCHD Cargo, I propose the best strategy for entering the German market. |
