| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem dividendových toků vybraných tří českých a tří slovenských bank do jejich mateřských společnosti a následným srovnáním daných bank. První část práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení základních pojmů, které souvisí s mezinárodními finančními institucemi a procesem výplaty dividend v rámci bankovního sektoru. Ve zbylých částech se práce věnuje podrobnému rozboru vývoje vyplácených dividend jednotlivými bankami a příčin, které měly vliv na tyto toky mezi lety 2005 až 2016. Následně je provedeno vzájemné srovnání bank na úrovní České a Slovenské republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of dividend flows of selected three Czech and three Slovak banks into their parent companies and the subsequent comparison of given banks. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of the basic concepts that are related to the international financial institutions and the process of payment of dividends within the banking sector. In the remaining parts, the thesis deals with the detailed analysis of the development of dividends paid by individual banks and the causes that affected these flows between 2005 and 2016. Subsequently, banks are compared on the level of the Czech and Slovak Republics. |
