| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá dopadem změny majitele společnosti ŽĎAS, a.s., kterou v roce 2016 koupila čínská skupina CEFC. Cílem bylo zjistit změny, které se udály po akvizici a to pomocí strategické analýzy společnosti ŽĎAS, a.s.. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že změna majitele vedla ke strukturálním změnám ve společnosti, a že cílem skupiny CEFC bylo nejspíše zvýšení podílu na trhu, nikoliv investiční záměr. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the impact of the change of ownership of ŽĎAS, a.s. company, bought in 2016 by the Chinese CEFC group. The aim was to find out the changes that took place after the acquisition, using the strategic analysis of ŽĎAS, a.s.. The result of the thesis was the finding that the change of the owner led to structural changes in the company and that the objective of the CEFC group was probably to increase the market share rather than the investment intention. |
