| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje vliv průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce v cestovním ruchu. Specifikuje trh práce v cestovním ruchu a charakteristiku zaměstnanosti. Součástí práce je také primární výzkum rozdělené na dvě části. Cílem výzkumu je přinést pohled spotřebitelů a hotelových manažerů na problematiku technologií, digitalizace, robotizace a automatizace v oblasti hotelnictví. |

Thesis also particularizes the labour market of tourism and definates the characteristic of employment in tourism. The part of this thesis are also two primary researches. The purpose of this researches is to bring a view of customers and hotel managers for a matters of technologies, digitizing, robotization and automation in the hotel branch. |
