| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vícegeračním týmem a klade důraz na generaci X a Y v pracovním prostředí. Cílem je vytvoření návrhu přístupu manažera k těmto generacím na základě odhalení podobností a odlišností mezi danými generacemi. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako motivace, generace, tým a taktéž jsou zmíněny trendy pracovního prostředí. V metodologické části jsou zmíněny nástroje sběru vlastních dat, v tomto případě kvantitativní šetření formou online dotazníku, jehož závěry jsou kvalitativním šetřením rozebrány pomocí focus group. Vyústěním praktické části jsou doporučení pro manažery využitelná v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on multigenerational team and it highlights the generation X and Y at workplace. The main aim is to create a practical approach for managers towards these two generations based on revealing revelation of the similarities and differences among these generations. Terms as motivation, generation, team and also trends in workplace are covered in the theoretical part. The methodology describes the research tools, specifically quantitative research managed by online survey in this thesis. The survey outcome is analyzed by qualitative research, focus group. The practical part results in recommendations for managers applicable at workplace. |
