| Abstract: | S každoročně se zvyšujícím počtem násilně vysídlených osob stoupá i nutnost poskytovat této skupině mezinárodní ochranu, asistenci a pomoc. Ačkoli je primárním poskytovatelem výše zmíněného v první řadě stát, nezřídka ochranu této skupině osob poskytnout nemůže, nebo ji z určitých důvodů poskytnout odmítá, v takovém případě nastupuje mezinárodní společenství, aby těmto lidem poskytlo pomoc. Práce se zaměřuje na dvě konkrétní skupiny násilně vysídlených osob, a sice na uprchlíky a vnitřně přesídlené osoby, u kterých v kontextu jejich četných společných znaků poukazuje na značné rozdíly v právní a institucionální ochraně, která jim je mezinárodním společenstvím poskytována. |

| Abstract: | As the number of forciblyy displaced people raises every year, similarly the need to provide this group of people with international protection, assistance and help raises too. Despite the fact that primarly it is the national state´s responsibility to provide these, often the state is not able to protect this group or for some reasons refuses to. In cases like these the international community steps in to ensure protection for these people. This paper focuses on two specific groups of forcibly displaced people - namely refugees and internally displaced people, and points out (in the context of their numerous common features) the considerable differences in legal and institutional protection afforded to them by international community. |
