| Abstract: | Uvedená bakalářské práce je zaměřena na hledání vztahů mezi zahraniční politikou Ruska a její vojenskou dimenzí, prozkoumává reakce nejvyšších státních vojenských činitelů RF na vnější impulsy v omezeném časovém koridoru od roku 2012 až do současnosti. Práce pojednává o změnách ve vojenské sféře za stanovené období, které jsou zobrazené očima představitele daného civilizačního okruhu a dané společnosti. První kapitola obsahuje údaje týkající se vývoje poměru sil mezi NATO s USA v čele a RF, komparace výzbroje obou bloků. Další kvantitativní údaje vysvětlují dynamiku změn v oblasti Západního vojenského okruhu. Druhá kapitola představuje jakousi časovou osu vývoje dokumentů, které mají vztah k zahraniční politice RF a její realizaci zevnitř i navenek. Většina údajů ohledně stavu vojenských jednotek Ruska a dokumenty, které mají doktrinální charakter, pochází z autentických ruských zdrojů. Zvolená problematika asertivity Ruska a jeho zahraniční politiky je řešena pomoci komparace událostí ve světě a změn, které se objevují v dokumentech jako výsledek k aktivitám světové mezinárodní společnosti. Teoretické údaje objasňují charakter ruské zahraniční politiky a její vojenské dimenze od rozpadu Sovětského svazu. Hlavním zjištěním práce je, že Rusko převážně „odpovídá zbrojením“ na vystoupení státních činitelů západních států, členů vojenské organizace NATO. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship between Russia's foreign policy and its military dimension. It examines the reactions of the top russian military officials to external impulses in a limited time corridor from 2012 until present. The paper deals with changes in the military sphere for a certain period which are reflected by the eyes of the representative of the civilization circle and of the given society. The first chapter contains data on the evolution of the NATO-US force-to-RF ratio, a comparison of the armaments of both parties. Further quantitative data explains the dynamics of the changes in the area of the Western Military District. The second chapter presents a timeframe for the development of documents related to the foreign policy of RF and its implementation from within and outside. Most of the data on the status of Russia's military units and documents of a doctrinal character come from authentic Russian sources. The chosen issue of Russia's assertiveness and its foreign policy is addressed by helping to compare the events in the world and the changes that appear in the documents as a result of the activities of the world's international society. Theoretical data clarify the character of Russian foreign policy and its military dimension since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The main finding of the thesis is that Russia predominantly "responds by armament" to the appearances of the members of NATO military organization. |
