| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného podnikatelského prostředí Mexika. V první kapitole je teoreticky vymezen pojem podnikatelské prostředí a celkové uvedení do problematiky. Teorie je využita v druhé kapitole při analyzování podnikatelského prostředí pomocí PESTLE analýzy. Následuje identifikování silných stránek, slabých stránek, příležitosti a možných hrozeb použitím SWOT analýzy. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány obchodní vztahy mezi ČR a Mexikem a potenciálně atraktivní odvětví pro české podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on current business environment of Mexico. My aim is to describe essential information about the current situation on Mexican market and identify possible room for Czech investors and businesses. For this purpose I used PESTLE analysis, which includes six basic environments - political, economic, social-cultural, technological, legislative and ecological. All finding from PESTLE analysis are later evaluated using SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). The last chapter contains an evaluation of current Czech-Mexican cooperation and offers a recommendation to Czech investors and businesses, that contemplate an entry into a Mexican market. |
