How the way of innovation financing in the company is related to the way the innovation process is managed?

| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza zdrojů financování inovací ve vybrané firmě v delším časovém horizontu. Zároveň je provedena analýza inovačního procesu. Výsledky analýzy jsou komparovány s teoretickými východisky a konkrétními doporučeními zjištěnými v rámci dotazníkového šetření. V rámci syntézy jsou uvedeny návrhy k dalšímu zlepšení a vývoji inovačního procesu. Nejprve jsou zjištěny informace o vyskytujících se problémech a nedostatcích ve firmě z pohledu zákazníků a zaměstnanců. Dále jsou zmíněny zjištěné informace o způsobu řízení inovací, o inovačním procesu a také o zdrojích financování inovací ve firmě. Výsledkem analýzy inovací, analýzy řízení inovačního procesu a analýzy zdrojů financování jsou informace, zda způsob řízení inovací a jejich financování ve firmě je správně nastaven, tedy zda to pro firmu znamená přínos, kdo je do tohoto procesu zainteresovaný a zda se k procesu staví všichni stejným způsobem. Součástí práce je i finanční analýza, jejíž součástí je také analýza HV za delší časové období, analýza majetkové a kapitálové struktury a také analýza vývoje majetku a kapitálu. Výsledkem této analýzy je například informace, zda je firma zadlužená, jak hospodaří s majetkem a s kapitálem nebo zda je její výsledek hospodaření kolísavý či ziskový. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse the sources of innovation financing in a selected company over a longer time horizon. At the same time, an analysis of the innovation process is carried out. The results of the analysis are compared with the theoretical background and the specific recommendations found in the questionnaire survey. The synthesis provides suggestions for further improvement and development of the innovation process. At first, information about the company's problems and deficiencies is identified from the point of view of customers and employees. In addition, there is mentioned discovered information about how innovations are managed, about the innovation process, and about sources of innovation financing in the company. The analysis of innovations, the analysis of the management of the innovation process and the analysis of sources of financing results in information whether the way in which innovations are managed and how they are financed in the company is properly set, thus whether it means benefits for the company, who is involved in the process and whether all participants see things in the same way. Part of the thesis is also a financial analysis, which also includes analysis of economic result for a longer period of time, analysis of property and capital structure as well as analysis of property and capital development. The result of this analysis is, for example, whether the firm is indebted, how it manages the property and the capital, or whether the economic result is fluctuating or profitable. |
