| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the skills desired for women to secure their professional, social development and leadership, if these skills differ between genders, the obstacles female leaders face and the efforts of society against them. It explains different leadership styles and methods according to different authors and it summarizes the set of all important characteristics which fulfillment will help its readers with improvement not only in professional spheres. Author has used qualitative method of interviews with successful female executives from around the world in order to identify the importance of the skills mentioned in the thesis. |

| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje požadované dovednosti pro ženy, které zajišťují jejich profesní, sociální rozvoj a schopnost vedení; pokud jsou tyto schopnosti odlišné pro každé pohlaví, pak I prekážky, kterým ženy ve vedoucích pozicích šelí a úsilí společnosti bojovat proti nim. Vysvětluje různé způsoby a metody vedení podle různých autorů a shrnuje soubor všech důležitých vlastností, kterých naplnění pomůže svým čtenářům zlepšit se nejen v profesionálních sférách.Autorka využila kvalitativní metodu rozhovorů s úspěšnými ženskými vedoucími pracovníky z celého světa, aby zjistila důležitost dovedností uvedených v této práci. |
