| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá budováním značky zaměstnavatele. Cílem práce a zároveň předmětem praktické části je na základě analýzy realizovaného externího a interního dotazníkového šetření identifikovat a zhodnotit nástroje budování značky zaměstnavatele společnosti Amazon v České republice. Dotazníkové šetření je doplněno analýzou komunikačních kanálů, které společnost pro budování značky zaměstnavatele na českém trhu využívá. |

| Abstract: | This Master's thesis deals with employer branding. The main objective of this thesis, as well as the subject matter of its practical part, is to identify and evaluate Amazon’s employer branding tools in the Czech Republic. In pursuit of this objective, external and internal questionnaires are conducted and analyzed. The survey is complemented by an analysis of communication channels used by the company for employer branding in the Czech market. |
