| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl porovnat online marketingové aktivity dvou národních turistických centrál na českém trhu. První centrálou je agentura CzechTourism, která se zaměřuje na propagaci domácího cestovního ruchu. Druhou centrálou je Switzerland Tourism, konkrétně aktivity zaměřené na propagaci příjezdového cestovního ruchu zahraničního zastoupení pro Českou a Slovenskou republiku. Práce analyzuje jednotlivé nástroje jako je web, emailing a sociální sítě a následně porovnává jejich využití v rámci konceptu zákazníkovy cesty. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the Master's thesis is to compare online marketing activities of the Czech National Travel Agency Czech Tourism and the Swiss National Travel Agency Switzerland Tourism towards the Czech market. The thesis focuses on analysing trends in promoting destinations via websites, e-mailing or social media. The last chapter is dedicated to a comparison of activities of each National Agency applied on the concept of Customer Journey. |
