| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá čerpáním evropských strukturálních i investičních fondů v programovém období 2007-2013 se zaměřením na cestovní ruch a regionální rozvoj v Libereckém kraji. Hlavním cílem je popis a zhodnocení čerpání fondů především z Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Severovýchod. První část práce představuje regionální politiku EU, jednotlivé fondy EU a Regionální operační program Severovýchod. Druhá část se zaměřuje na konkrétní projekty Libereckého kraje, které byly realizovány v prioritních osách cestovní ruch a rozvoj městských a venkovských oblastí a na strukturu čerpání financí. Bylo zjištěno, že všechny prioritní osy byly naplněny bez závažných problémů a je tak možné celý ROP Severovýchod hodnotit jako velice úspěšný. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of the European Structural and Investment funds during the Programming period 2007-2013 in the Tourism sector and Regional Development of the Liberecký region. The main goal is chracterization and evaluation of the allocated funds within a Regional operation programme NUTS II Northeast. The first part of the thesis is focused on the description of the Regional policy in the European union, Structural and Investment funds and the Regional operation programme NUTS II Northeast. The second part of the thesis provide complete evaluation of two priority axes Tourism and Development of town and village areas in the Liberecký region. The final part conclude that all of the priority axes were fullfilled without any major complications and the ROP Northeast can be characterized as successful. |
