| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem zahraničních aktérů na politickou situaci v Libanonu ve 21. století. Konkrétně se práce věnuje třem zahraničním aktérům – Sýrii, Saúdské Arábii a Íránu. Práce si klade za cíl pomocí analýzy určit, zda a v jaké míře mají tito aktéři vliv na politické dění. Nezbytnou součástí je analýza libanonského politického systému a nejpočetnějších konfesních skupin, jejichž představitelé zastávají nejdůležitější politické pozice. U každého státu je nejdříve krátce analyzována historie vzájemných vztahů s Libanonem a poté navazuje samotná analýza motivů a způsobu zapojení v libanonské politice 21. století. Na závěr jsou jednotlivé přístupy komparovány. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of foreign actors on the political situation in Lebanon in the 21st century. Specifically, it focuses on three foreign actors – Syria, Saudi Arabia and Iran. The aim of the thesis is to analyse whether and to what extent do these actors exert influence over political affairs. An analysis of the Lebanese political system and the most numerous confessions, whose leaders hold the most important political posts, forms an essential part of the thesis. For each state, the history of interstate relations with Lebanon is briefly analysed, followed by the analysis of means of, as well as their motives for, engagement in Lebanon’s politics in the 21st century. At the end, the different approaches are compared. |
