| Abstract: | The key goal of this paper is to build and implement the Business Intelligence solution that would correct the company’s business strategy and affect its business decisions. The thesis will consist of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical one will describe the main concepts of Business Intelligence implementation and its architecture. The practical part will be divided into stages: technical requirements and capabilities, problem overview, BI architecture and reports. Eventually, given output will be presented to the board committee. The possible applications of the knowledge will be discussed, and my work will be evaluated.The secondary goal of this paper is to get more educated and experienced in all stages of Business Intelligence implementation. I see this thesis as an opportunity to gain necessary skills that would be applicable in the future career. |

| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit a implementovat Business Intelligence řešení, které by korigovalo obchodní strategii společnosti a ovlivňovalo její business rozhodnutí. Práce bude tvořena teoretickými a praktickými částmi. V teoretické části budou popsáné hlavní pojmy Business Intelligence a její architektura. Praktická část bude rozdělena na fáze: technické specifikace, přehled problému, architektura BI a reporty. Nakonec bude daný výstup předložen výboru rady. Proběhne diskuze o možných aplikacích znalostí a bude hodnocena moje práce. Sekundárním cílem této práce je získat více vzdělání a zkušenosti ve všech fázích implementace Business Intelligence. Tuto práci vidím jako příležitost získat potřebné dovednosti, které by mohly být použitelné v mé budoucí karieře. |
