| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat vybrané části marketingového auditu společnosti Balnya.cz a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout změny. Potřebné informace o jednotlivých částech marketingového auditu jsou zpracovány v teoretické části. V práci nalezneme audit marketingového prostředí, kde je podrobněji rozebráno mikroprostředí, segmentace zákazníků a audit marketingových činností. Navrhované změny jsou k nalezení v samotném závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the selected parts of the marketing audit of the company Balnya.cz and, in terms of identified findings, propose some changes. The necessary information about selected parts of the marketing audit is given in the theoretical part. In the thesis we can also find the audit of the marketing environment, where is more closely described micro environment, the customer segmentation and the audit of marketing actions. All the proposed changes are in the conclusion. |
