| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá lidskými zdroji ve společnostech poskytujících rychlé občerstvení, konkrétně pak problematikou náboru nových zaměstnanců do pracovního poměru, včetně jejich následné adaptace. Jde o společnosti McDonald’s, KFC a Bageterii Boulevard. Cílem této práce je analýza, komparace a návrh opatření, které by mohlo vést k optimalizaci zaběhlých postupů v oblastech získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců do pracovních poměrů na vybrané pozice ve zkoumaných společnostech. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím rozhovorů s personalisty jednotlivých společností a následným porovnáním zjištěných výsledků, jejichž výstupem budou návrhy pro zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is following up human resources in companies, which are serving fast food, predominantly their recruitment and subsequent adaptation. The chosen companies are McDonald’s, KFC and Bageterie Boulevard. The purpose of this essay is an analysis, a comparison and suggestion of the steps that can help to optimize accustomed procedures used for acquisition, selection, acception and adaption of employees into their employment relationship in examined companies. This purpose will be reached through interviews with human resources managers of the chosen companies. The interviews are going to be compared with the other results and their outcome will be a set of suggestions for improvement. |
