| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU v cestovním ruchu v České republice. Práce je zaměřena především na čerpání prostředků pomocí regionálních operačních programů v programovém období 2007-2013. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jak jsou finanční prostředky využívané, jaká je efektivita jejich využívání v jednotlivých regionech a jaké jsou dopady čerpání evropských dotací. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením důležitých pojmů a souvislostí v oblasti regionální politiky a cestovního ruchu. Praktická část obsahuje přehled regionálních operačních programů a analýzu realizovaných projektů zaměřených na podporu cestovního ruchu v období 2007-2013. V závěru praktické části jsou zhodnoceny pozitivní a negativní dopady evropských dotací na rozvoj regionu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the use of the financial sources from the EU structural funds in tourism in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is focused mainly on regional operational programmes in the programming period 2007-2013. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how the funds are used, if the efficiency of the use is appropriate in the individual regions and what are the impacts of drawing European subsidies. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the basic concepts and contexts of regional policy and the tourism industry. The practical part contains an overview of regional operational programmes focused on tourism and an analysis of implemented projects focused on supporting tourism in the period 2007-2013. At the end of the practical part, there are evaluated the benefits and impacts of European subsidies on the development of the region. |
