| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobné prozkoumání veřejných zakázek v oblasti informačních technologií. V první části věnované teorii, je čtenář seznámen s úvodem do veřejných zakázek a základními pojmy z oblasti informačních technologií. Druhá část popisuje problémy, se kterými se zadavatelé při zadávání veřejné zakázky mohou setkat a jejich řešení. Třetí část poté obsahuje analýzu konkrétních zakázek s důrazem na způsob jejich hodnocení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to thoroughly examine public procurement in the field of information technology. In the first part devoted to theory, the reader is introduced to the introduction to public procurement and basic concepts in the field of information technology. The second part describes the problems encountered by the contracting authorities in the procurement process and their solutions. The third part then contains an analysis of specific orders, with an emphasis on how they are evaluated. |
