| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit oblast pracovního práva pomocí pracovněprávních vztahů. Dochází-li v těchto vztazích k nevhodnému chování z jedné ze zúčastněných stran, lze mluvit o jednom z vysvětlovaných pojmů. Těmito pojmy jsou mobbing a bossing. V práci je podán ucelený náhled na tuto problematiku, od samotného vzniku každého z pojmů až po následky, které mohou nastat. Obrana proti těmto pojmům je zmiňována v celé práci. Kvantitativním výzkumem ve státním podniku České pošty, s pomocí listovních doručovatelek, jsou jednotlivé pojmy aplikovány do praxe pro lepší přiblížení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to approach the field of discrimination in labour law through the employment relations. It is possible to talk about the one of the explained terms if there is any inappropriate behaviour in those relations. Those terms are mobbing and bossing. In thesis is explained whole preview on this issue. The defence against those term is mentioned in whole thesis. For better explanation, through the quantitative research in the state enterprise Ceska posta, with the help of postwomen, are individual terms applied to practise. |
