Development of legal regulations of the industrial property on the territory of the Czech Republic after the year 1918

Táto práca zachytáva historický vývoj právnej úpravy priemyselného vlastníctva na území ČR od roku 1918 až po dnešok. Cieľom práce je objasniť vývojové predpoklady a samotný vývoj právnej úpravy priemyselného vlastníctva na území ČR v jednotlivých obdobiach vývoja. Za tým účelom analyzuje historické právne predpisy, dobový odborný diskurz a ďalšie relevantné pramene a dáva ich do súvisu s politickými a ekonomickými premenami. Vzhľadom k zvolenej metodike je umožnené zodpovedať otázku, ako sa spoločenské zmeny podieľali a stále aj podieľajú na formovaní práva priemyselného vlastníctva. Za prínos práce tak možno považovať nielen samotné zmapovanie vývoja tejto oblasti práva na území ČR za posledné storočie, ale predovšetkým odhalenie a interpretovanie jeho previazanosti s procesmi politických a ekonomických metamorfóz v dejinách.

This thesis depicts the historical development of legal regulations of the industrial property on the territory of the Czech Republic from 1918 to this day. Goal of the thesis is to clarify the development presuppositions and the very development of legal regulations of the industrial property on the territory of the Czech Republic in its individual stages of development. Given this purpose, the thesis analyses the historical legal provisions, relevant scholarly discourse and other applicable sources and puts them into a releation with political and economic changes. Taking into account the selected methodology it is possible to answer the question concerning how the changes in society have taken part before and are still taking part on shaping the law of industrial property. Regarding the contribution of the thesis not only we mapped the development of this field of law on the territory of the Czech Republic in the last century, but aswell and most importantly we revealed and interpreted its interconnection with processes of political and economic metamorphoses in the past.
