| Abstract: | Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Vergleich von Start-up-Ökosystem in Tschechien und Österreich. Zum einen geht es um die die Erklärung des Begtiffs Start-up und welche Art von Startups es gibt. Die Entwicklung dieses Konzepts wird sowohl in Amerika als auch in der Tschechischen Republik und Österreich in dem zweiten Kapitel dargestellt. Auch die die Finanzierung von Startups und staatlicher Unterstützung wird erklärt. Das letzte Kapitel widmet sich der Analyse des Geschäftsumfelds anhand von internationalen Vergleichsberichten, deren Ergebnisse die Eignung des Landes für die Gründung von Startups zeigen. |

| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáváním sturtupového ekosystému v České republice a v Rakousku. Nejprve se zabývá obecnou rovinou pojmu startup a tím, jaké druhy startupů lze nalézt. Dále je nastíněn vývoj tohoto konceptu a to jak v Americe, tak v rámci České republiky a Rakouska. V druhé kapitole je nastíněno financování startupů a státní podpora a poslední kapitola je věnována analýze podnikatelského prostředí pomocí mezinárodních srovnávacích zpráv, jejichž výsledky vypovídají o vhodnosti dané země pro zakládaní startupů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the startup ecosystem of the Czech Republic with Austria. First, it deals with the general concept of a startup and what kind of startups can be found. The development of this concept is outlined both in America and within the Czech Republic and Austria. The second chapter specifies the financing of startups and state support, and the last chapter is devoted to the analysis of the business environment using international comparative reports, the results of which show the suitability of the country for setting up startups. |
