| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikání cizinců na území České republiky. Cílem práce je vytvořit stručný přehled způsobů a podmínek podnikání zahraničních osob s důrazem na možnosti a podmínky podnikání zahraničních osob v České republice bez založení obchodní společnosti a posoudit, zda prostředí českého právního řadu je dostatečně příznivé pro zahájení podnikání zahraniční osobou. První kapitola se zabývá možnostmi vstupu podnikatelů na zahraniční trh. Druha kapitola popisuje právní aspekty pobytu cizinců v ČR a jejích podnikání podle živnostenského zákonu. Třetí kapitola bakalářské práce se zabývá vybranými možnostmi podnikání cizinců bez nutnosti vytvoření nové obchodní společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the business activities of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to create a brief overview of the ways and conditions for foregners of doing business in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the possibilities and conditions of starting business without creating a new company, and to asses whether the legal environment of Czech Republic is favorable for starting a business by a foreign person. The first chapter deals with the possibilities of entering the foreign market. The second chapter describes the legal aspects of the stay and doing business of foreigners in the Czech Republic.The third chapter of the bachelor thesis deascribes the selected possibilities of starting business of foreigners without the need of creating a new company. |
