| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na národní zájmy Čínské lidové republiky v ekonomické sféře. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomických zájmů Číny v subsaharské Africe. Úvodní kapitola definuje koncept „národní zájem“ z hlediska různých teorií mezinárodních vztahů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje základnímu vývoji čínsko-afrických vztahů a uvádí dokument „Africká politika Číny“. Třetí kapitola analyzuje ekonomiky Číny a subsaharské Afriky a jejich vzájemné ekonomické vztahy na základě výše uvedeného dokumentu. Poslední kapitola zhodnocuje zahraniční cíle Číny v kontextu ekonomické spolupráce se subsaharským regionem. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the national interests of People's Republic of China in economic field. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate economic interests of China in sub-Saharan Africa. Introductory chapter defines the concept of national interest from the point of view of different theories of international relations. Second chapter is dedicated to the basics of China-Africa relations. The chapter presents the document “China’s African Policy”. The third chapter analyzes the economies of China and sub-Saharan Africa and their mutual economic relations. The analysis is based on the previously mentioned document. The last chapter evaluates external economic goals of China in the context of cooperation with sub-Saharan region. |
