| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza vztahu zaměstnaneckých výhod s pracovní spokojeností zaměstnanců společnosti Burda Praha, spol. s.r.o. Práce se skládá ze dvou na sebe navazujících teoretických kapitol a z jedné praktické části, která se konkrétně zabývá společností Burda Praha. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a osobního interview zkoumám postoj pracovníků k poskytovaným benefitům a jejich obecnou účinnost. Výstupem práce je také návrh možných zlepšení systému zaměstnaneckých výhod, které mohou vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků organizace Burda Praha. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis contains the findings of a research project that investigated the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee benefits at Burda Praha. The performance of an organization highly depends on how motivated and satisfied the employees of an organization are as this directly impacts on the effort of the employees. Therefore, the aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the types of employee benefits at Burda Praha, employee satisfaction and gives a recommendation about how the current situation can be improved. |
