| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na podnik poskytující služby v oblasti volnočasových aktivit a rozebrat relevantní aspekty, které vedou k vyhodnocení potenciální úspěšnosti podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První kapitola je věnována teorii o podnikatelském plánu, jeho struktuře, náležitostem a dalším typům podnikatelského plánu. Další část první kapitoly je věnována popisu podnikatelského prostředí České republiky. Druhá kapitola je praktickou částí. Je zde vytvořen podnikatelský plán na založení vlastního podniku vycházející z teoretických poznatků z první části práce. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a business plan for the company providing the services in the area of the leisure time activities and analyze the relevant aspects leading to the assessment of possible success of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to the theory of the business plan, its structure, requirements and other types of the business plan. The next part of the theoretical part deals with the business environment of the Czech Republic. The second part is a practical part where the business plan for the establishment of the own company is developed based on the theoretical findings from the first part. |
