| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit systém včasné výstrahy pro nebezpečné nepotravinářské produkty RAPEX jakožto nástroj spolupráce na evropském vnitřním trhu a příležitost pro firmy efektivně posoudit perspektivu vztahů se svými dodavateli. První část představuje stručný úvod do problematiky ochrany spotřebitele. Druhá část se zabývá nastíněním principů systému RAPEX a podrobnou analýzou jeho záchytů v letech 2013-2017. Třetí část je potom zaměřena na vhodný výběr dodavatelů vyplývající z vysokých požadavků na bezpečnost a kvalitu prodávaných výrobků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the rapid alert system for dangerous non-food products RAPEX as a collaboration tool on the European single market and as an opportunity for companies to effectively assess the prospects of relationships with their suppliers. The first part represents a brief introduction into consumer protection. The second part outlines the principles of RAPEX system and analyses its notifications during 2013-2017 in detail. The third part focuses on appropriate supplier selection based on high requirements on security and quality of sold goods. |
