| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a Velké Británii. První část je věnována stručnému úvodu do sociálního zabezpečení a definici vybraných pojmů sociálního zabezpečení. V druhé části práce jsou obsaženy prameny práva sociálního zabezpečení České republiky, Velké Británie, Evropské unie a popis třech vybraných mezinárodních smluv. Stěžejní kapitoly bakalářské práce analyzují a následně komparují sociální zabezpečení České republiky a Velké Británie. Praktická část této bakalářské práce představuje dotazníkové šetření a zhodnocení získaných poznatků. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na dílčí úpravu sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of social security in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The first part is devoted to a brief introduction to social security and the definition of the selected social security concepts. The second part of the thesis contains sources of social security law of the Czech Republic, the UK, the European Union and a description of three selected international treaties. The main chapters of the bachelor thesis analyse and then compare the social security of the Czech Republic and the UK. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is a questionnaire survey and evaluation of acquired knowledge. At the end of the thesis are presented proposals for partial adjustment of social security in the Czech Republic. |
