| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se v první kapitole zaměřuje na regionální politiku na úrovni Evropské unie. Zabývá se významem kohezní politiky, charakteristikou a finanční výší Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů, základními dokumenty a systémem investování do regionů. Druhá kapitola pohlíží na rozvoj regionu z lokální úrovně. Osvětluje pojmy LEADER či MAS. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena analýza podaných žádostí, které jsou rovněž vstupním materiálem pro kapitolu čtvrtou. Tato klíčová část práce se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem (strukturovanými rozhovory) s žadateli. Cílem výzkumu je zjištění, zda MAS hraje klíčovou roli při rozhodování žadatelů, zda se zapojit do žádání o finanční podporu a jaké benefity jim přináší. Práce též vyvozuje možnosti zlepšení nabízených služeb pracovníky MAS. |

| Abstract: | First chapter of this bachelor thesis focuses on the European level of regional development. It occupies with the purpose of cohesion policy, characteristics and financial figures of European structural and investment funds, essential documents and system of investing in regions. Second chapter focuses on regional development on a local level. Terms as LEADER or LAG (MAS) are also explained. Third chapter contains analysis of submitted applications, which are also an input into the chapter four. This key part of the bachelor thesis is about qualitative research (structured interviews) with applicants. The aim of the research is to find out if LAG performs the key role in decision-making processes of applicants whether to apply for a financial assistance and what are the benefits of LAG’s engagement in the process for the applicants. The thesis also draws opportunities for improvement of LAG’s employees. |
