| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením v České republice a Lucembursku. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitolu tvoří teoretická část složená z úvodu do sociálního zabezpečení, analýzy sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a analýzy sociálního zabezpečení v Lucembursku. Druhá kapitola porovnává a hodnotí systémy obou zemí podle základní charakteristiky, organizace, financování a rozboru poskytovaných dávek. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny konkrétní návrhy de lege ferenda pro Českou republiku a Lucembursko. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with social security in the Czech Republic and Luxembourg. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the theoretical part, which consists of the introduction to social security, social security analysis in the Czech Republic and social security analysis in Luxembourg. The second chapter compares and evaluates the systems of both countries according to the basic characteristics, organization, financing and analysis of the provided benefits. The third chapter presents specific proposals de lege ferenda for the Czech Republic and Luxembourg. |
