| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis describes and analyses the development of employees, their satisfaction with the conduction of the training programs in the OOO “NEOPLAST” company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop an understanding of how the effective strategy of personnel development is done nowadays and how the assessment of the company people development practices, tools and technics will be performed. Theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on training and development theory, describes the main objectives and measurements and monitoring of staff development and determines the factors influencing the choice of a training program. Practical part consists of two chapters: the first one describes OOO “NEOPLAST” company and personnel structure, and the second one describes the methodology of data collection and evaluates results of Research. In the final part all the outputs, results and suggestions for further development of OOO “NEOPLAST” company’s employees are presented. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje a analyzuje rozvoj zaměstnanců, jejich spokojenost s realizací vzdělávacích programů ve firmě OOO "NEOPLAST". Cílem této bakalářské práce je porozumět tomu, jak se v současné době provádí efektivní strategie rozvoje personálu a jak se bude provádět posouzení rozvoje lidských zdrojů, použitých nástrojů a technik. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teorie školení a rozvoje, popisuje hlavní cíle a měření a sledování rozvoje zaměstnanců a určuje faktory ovlivňující výběr vzdělávacího programu. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol: první popisuje firmu OOO "NEOPLAST" a personální strukturu a druhá popisuje metodiku sběru dat a vyhodnocuje výsledky výzkumu. V závěrečné části jsou prezentovány všechny výstupy, výsledky a návrhy dalšího rozvoje zaměstnanců společnosti OOO "NEOPLAST". |
