| Abstract: | Sport and business have lots in common, there are many things that each other could learn from. Especially, many successful entrepreneurs were involved in a professional sport career before they launched their businesses. Therefore, there must be some special mindset of these individuals. This Bachelor thesis concentrates on motivation of successful athletes and entrepreneurs that are still busy chasing their goals. The main aim is to analyze the motivators that let them towards achievements during their career. The research is focused on the individuals` milestones, role models, values, financial matters and results with rewards. These two groups are compared to find out similarities and differences in their mindset. They are used to make a summary with a mix of features that describe a successful individual.At the end of this Bachelor thesis, the recommendations are provided for people that would like to be successful in business or sports. |

| Abstract: | Sport a byznys toho mají hodně společného, je hodně věcí ve kterých by se mohli od sebe navzájem učit. Především, hodně úspěšných podnikatelů mělo profesionální sportovní kariéru, před začátkem svého byznysu. Proto musí existovat nějaký speciální způsob, kterým uvažují.Tato Bakalářská práce se concentruje na motivaci úspěšných atletů a podnikatelů, kteří jsou neustále zaneprázdění honbou za svými cíly. Hlavní cíl je analyzovat motivátory, které je vedl směrem k úspěchům během jejich kariéry. Výzkum je zaměřen na milníky těchto jednotlivců, vzory, hodnoty, finanční záležitosti a výsledky s odměnami. Tyto dvě skupiny jsou porovnány, a následně jsou mezi nimi zjišťovány rozdíly a podobnosti. Jsou požity k vytvoření závěru s kombinací jejich vlastností, které popisují úspěšného jednotlivce.Na konci této Bakalářské práce jsou poskytnuté doporučení pro lidi, kteří by chtěli být úspěšní v podnikání nebo sportu. |
