| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich vlivu na využívání rekreačních zařízení České pošty. Součástí práce je analýza rekreačních zařízení České pošty jako součást čerpání benefitů. Teoretická část přináší poznatky z oblasti motivace zaměstnanců a z oblasti benefitů. Praktická část pak seznamuje s personalistikou na České poště a představuje vybraná rekreační zařízení, která jsou dále zkoumána. Výsledkem analýzy a celé diplomové práce je zhodnocení, jaký navržený systém pro zvýšení využití rekreačních zařízení je nejvhodnější pro realizaci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the motivation and employee benefits and their influence on the use of leisure time facilities of the Czech Postal service. Part of the thesis is the analysis of the CP leisure time facilities as part of the benefits. The theoretical part brings knowledge from the area of motivation of employees and their benefits. The practical part introduces Czech Postal service HR and introduces selected leisure time facilities, which are further described. The result of the analysis and the whole diploma thesis is the evaluation of the proposed system for increasing the utilization of leisure time facilities is most suitable for realization. |
