| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je letecká přeprava nákladu a související smluvní zajištění. Rozebírá tedy odvětví dopravy, které je velmi komplexní a zároveň se dynamicky rozvíjí. První část práce se zabývá leteckou dopravou a přepravou zboží touto formou obecně, a to včetně subjektů na tomto trhu působících a také aktuálních problémů, kterým oblast letectví čelí. Druhá kapitola se věnuje konkrétním subjektům a organizacím, které jsou v oblasti letecké přepravy činné na úrovni mezinárodní, evropské i vnitrostátní. Třetí kapitola přibližuje regulaci letecké dopravy včetně základních principů leteckého práva. Hovoří především o Varšavském systému a Montrealské úmluvě. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje samotné smluvní zajištění přepravy s důrazem na odpovědnost dopravce za škodu. Zabývá se především smlouvou o přepravě věci a smlouvou zasílatelskou. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with an area of air cargo transportation and related contractual arrangements. It analyses a sector of transportation which is very complex and goes through a dynamic development as well. The first part of the thesis concerns air transportation and goods shipped this way in general, including connected entities and current problems of aviation sector. The second chapter deals with the specific associations and organizations which act an important role globally, in Europe and domestically. Then the regulation of air transportation together with the main principals of aviation law are described. This chapter includes mainly the information about the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw system. The last part analyses the contractual arrangements itself with an emphasis on the carrier's liability for damage. It describes different types of contracts, mainly contract of carriage and forwarding contract. |
