| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zmapování zpětných toků a procesů reverzní logistiky. V první kapitole jsou definovány stěžejní pojmy pro tuto práci a souvislosti mezi nimi. Druhá kapitola je věnována stoupající důležitosti zpětných toků, dále jsou v rámci kapitoly popsány prvky zpětných toků a procesy reverzní logistiky. Třetí kapitola pojednává o trendech reverzní logistiky, jejichž cílem je zvýšení úrovně poskytovaného zákaznického servisu. To je demonstrováno na příkladech prodejce spotřební elektroniky. Poslední kapitola se věnuje možnostem, jak minimalizovat ztráty, které zpětné toky nabízí a jak pomocí reverzní logistiky lze generovat dodatečné příjmy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to map backflows and reverse logistics processes. The first chapter defines the key terms for this thesis and the links between them. The second chapter is devoted to the increasing importance of reverse flows, and within the chapter are described elements of reverse flows and reverse logistics processes. The third chapter deals with trends in reverse logistics aimed at increasing the level of customer service provided. This is demonstrated by examples of a consumer electronics retailer. The last chapter discusses ways to minimize the losses that backflows offer and how reverse revenue can be generated by reverse logistics. |
