| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem CRM systému ve společnost XY. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní poznatky o CRM, potřebné pro porozumění celkové práci. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis procesu výběru CRM systému a jeho implementace ve společnosti XY. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření doporučeného postupu pro výběru CRM systému a zhodnocení postupu vybrané společnosti. |
