| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se soustředí na zavedení nového podniku na trh pohostinství. Cílem práce je ověřit životaschopnost a reálnost unikátního konceptu. První kapitola teoreticky vymezuje základní pojmy podnikání. Následně je představena struktura podnikatelského plánu.Dotazníkové šetření je zaměřeno na vnímají vajec a pokrmů z nich připravených mezi respondenty. Stěžejní částí je samotný koncept Eggspress bistra, který je poté prověřen finanční analýzou. Nechybí ani SWOT analýza a analýza rizik projektu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on introducing a new concept of bistro and its marketing. Its main goal is to set up the business plan and verify its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The first chapter focuses on the theory and subsequently presents the structure of the business plan. It is followed by a questionnaire survey that analyses respondent’s opinion on eggs and meals prepared from eggs. The core of the thesis is the Eggspress bistro concept itself, which is then audited by financial analysis. SWOT analysis and risk analysis are also part of the thesis. |
