| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikace základních rozdílů v nemocenském pojištění v České a Slovenské republice, s bližším zaměřením na identifikaci rozdílů při konstrukci dávek poskytovaných v době dočasné pracovní neschopnosti z důvodu nemoci či úrazu. Pro dosažení cíle byla využita metoda komparace a analýzy. Bylo zjištěno, že systémy obou států se vyvíjí na podobném základě, při hlubší analýze byly identifikovány základní odlišnosti systémů. Část zjištěných výsledků byla podrobněji zkoumána prostřednictvím výpočtu ilustrativních příkladů, kde byl zjišťován vliv rozdílného na-stavení systémů na výši dávek. Dílčím cílem práce bylo provedení komparace základních statistických ukazatelů obou zemí, kde byl zjišťován vliv zákonných změn a výše dávek na úroveň pracovní neschopnosti. V závěru práce byly formulovány náměty a doporučení pro systém nemocenského pojištění v České republice vycházející ze zjištěných skutečností v propojení se zkušenostmi z mé dosavadní praxe v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to identify the basic differences in sickness insurance in the Czech and Slovak Republics, with a focus on identifying the differences in the construction of benefits provided at the time of the temporary incapacity to work for illness or injury. The comparison and analysis method were used to achieve the aim. It was found that the systems of the two states are developed on a similar basis, in the deeper analysis the basic differences of the systems were identified. Part of the findings were examined in more detail through the calculation of illustrative examples where the effect of different system settings on the level of benefits was determined. The partial aim of the thesis was to compare the basic statistical indicators of both countries, where the influence of legal changes and the level of benefits was determined on the level of work incapacity. At the end of the thesis were formulated suggestions and recommendations for the system of sickness insurance in the Czech Republic based on the established facts in connection with the experience from my previous experience in this area. |
