| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá právním a muzikologickým pohledem na plagiátorství v hudební oblasti. Cílem práce je poskytnout přehled právních úprav jak České republiky, tak Evropské unie, efektivně rozlišit plagiátorství v hudbě a syntetizovat pohled právní s principy muzikologické vědy. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a aplikací dosažených poznatků na jednotlivé soudní i mimosoudní spory v dané oblasti. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis focuses on the legal and musicological aspects of plagiarism in the music industry. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of legal regulations of the Czech Republic and European Union both, to effectively distinguish plagiarism in music and to synthesize the legal view with the principles of musicology. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis and application of the findings gained from particular court and out-of-court disputes in the given area. |
