| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá profesními úspěchy absolventů FM VŠE. Skrze hlavní výzkumnou otázku jsem zjišťovala, jaký vztah existuje mezi úspěchem ve studiu u absolventů FM VŠE a jejich úspěchy v pracovní sféře. Za účelem tohoto zjištění byly v rámci výzkumného projektu stanoveny tři dílčí cíle, jimž jsem se v rámci výzkumného projektu věnovala. Prvním cílem bylo definovat názory respondentů na vzdělávání na FM VŠE, dalším cílem zjistit, jaké mají praktické zkušenosti a posledním cílem popsat jejich názory na provázanost úspěchu při studiu a v praxi. Sběr dat pro můj výzkum jsem realizovala metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a skrze písemný dotazník. Shrnutí výsledků jednotlivých částí je uvedeno za každým dílčím cílem. V rámci diskuse byly formulovány další aspekty, které mohou ovlivňovat vývoj profesní kariéry a uvedena možná omezení mého výzkumu. V závěru jsou definovány zjištění mého výzkumu a stanoveny další možné vnější i vnitřní vlivy, které ovlivňují úspěch ve studiu i v profesní kariéře. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is dedicated to a professional work achievements graduates of FM VŠE. Through the main research question I investigated whether and what relationship exists between the success of studies at FM VŠE and afterwards the achievements in the working sphere. As a part of a research project I have identified three sub-objectives. The first objective was to define the respondents opinions about education at the FM VŠE, the second one focused on their practical experiences and the third objective was to describe respondents opinions on the relations between the success in a study and afterwards at work life. I collected the data for my research using the method of the half-structured interview and by a written questionnaire. A summary of the results of each section is given for each partial sub-objective. Other aspects that may influence career development and possible limitations of my research have been formulated in a discussion. The findings of my research and other possible external and internal influences which affect the success in the study and in professional career are defined in a conclusion. |
