Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prodejem biopotravin v České republice a Německu. Cílem práce je charakterizovat prodej biopotravin v obou zemích a zjistit vztah českých a německých spotřebitelů k biopotravinám. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje teorii chování spotřebitele, uvádí faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitele při nákupu biopotravin a definuje typického spotřebitele biopotravin. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na biopotraviny jako takové a vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s touto problematikou. Popisuje také značení biopotravin, jejich certifikaci a kontrolu. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje současnou situaci prodeje biopotravin na českém a německém trhu. Čtvrtá kapitola zahrnuje vlastní výzkum, který byl proveden prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření před maloobchodními prodejnami v České republice a Německu. Na základě zjištění jsou formulována doporučení pro maloobchodní prodejce pro prodej biopotravin. |

Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with the distribution of organic food in the Czech Republic and Germany. The objective is to characterize organic food marketing in both countries and to find out the relationship of Czech and German consumers to organic food. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the theory of consumer behaviour, including the factors that influence consumer when purchasing organic food and defines a typical consumer of organic food. The second chapter focuses on organic food itself and defines basic terms associated with this issue. It also describes labelling of organic food, its certification and control. The third chapter characterizes the current situation of the organic food distribution on the Czech and German markets. The fourth chapter includes my own research which was conducted as a questionnaire in front of retails in the Czech Republic and Germany. Based on survey are formulated recommendations to retailers for the distribution of organic food. |
