| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a návrhu Self-service Business Intelligence řešení pro finanční společnost, protože v dnešní době je Self-service Business Intelligence jedním z proudů Business Intelligence, který je velmi populární. Autor se snažil odpovědět na otázku, zda je možné implementovat Self-service Business Intelligence nástroj v konkrétním podniku. V první části autor seznámil čtenáře se současným stavem Business Intelligence v podniku a provedl analýzu slabých a silných stránek, hrozeb a příležitostí současného stavu. V druhé části navrhl architekturu se Self-service Business Inteligence nástrojem, jež slouží jako doplněk ke klasickému Bisuness Intelligence řešení. Ve třetí části autor ověřil, zda je možné provozovat řešení v cloudu. Autor dospěl k závěru, že je možné implementovat Self-service Business Intelligence nástroj v podniku za podmínek, že se využije Power BI Gateway (podnikový model). Autor se podíval také na řešení Self-service Business Intelligence řešení v kombinaci s cloudem, přičemž dospěl k názoru, že i toto je funkční. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses a draft of Self-service Business In-telligence solution prepared for a financial company. This topic was chosen because of the rising popularity of Business Intelli-gence of which Self-service Business Intelligence is a derivative. The author wanted to confirm that it is possible to implement Self-service Business Intelligence instrument in a concrete compa-ny. In the first section, the author introduces the topic and pre-sents it to the reader being specific about the current Business Intelligence state of evolution. A SWOT analyse was executed in the company to identify its main strengths, weaknesses, opportuni-ties and threats. In the second section, the architecture using Self-service Business Intelligence tool was created and it should be considered a complement to the standard Business Intelligence solution. In the third section, the author tries to prove that it is possible to run this solution on a cloud. A conclusion was reached that it is indeed possible to implement Self-service Busi-ness Intelligence solution. However, one has to bear in mind that when implementing such a solution, Power BI Gateway has to be used (On-premises data gateway). The cloud version of the solution was proved to be functioning as well. |
