| Abstract: | Cílem práce je implementace mobilního zdravotnictví do terapie vedenou vystudovaným nutrič-ním terapeutem nebo terapeutkou s pacientem, který trpí onemocněním diabetes druhého typu. Implementace zařízení by měla přispět ke zlepšení průběhu tohoto onemocnění, dodržovaní do-hodnutých pohybových aktivit a celkovému zlepšení kondice.Na základě analýzy procesu terapie ve výživovém poradenství je proveden návrh implementace mHealth řešení do této terapie a následně je převeden do praxe.V úvodní části je vysvětlen pojem mHealth, jeho současné využití, legislativní omezení a použí-vané standardy. V druhé části je obecně popsáno onemocnění diabetes, to znamená typy diabetu, strategie léčby a současná situace v České republice. Třetí část je věnována výživové poradenství, analýze procesů, které se zde používají a návrhu a realizaci implementace mHealth řešení. Závěr bakalářské práce shrnuje přínosy pro klienty a nutriční specialisty ve výživovém poradenství. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is an implementation of mobile healthcare (e-healthcare) into an ongoing treatment of a patient with a type 2 diabetes, led by a nutrition therapist. Implementation of the healthcare devices should contribute to making a progress with the condition, keeping up with the agreed physical activities and general improvement of patient’s state. Based on an analysis of the therapy process in nutrition consulting, a proposal of mHealth imple-mentation is made and put into practice. The introduction part explains the term mHealth, its current use, legislative limits and used stan-dards. In the second part you will find a general description of the diabetes disease, including its types, strategies of treatment and current situation in the Czech Republic. The third part is dedica-ted to nutrition consulting, process analysis used and the implementation of mHealth solutions. The final part of this bachelor thesis summarizes the benefits for clients and nutrition specialists. |
