| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou úlohy kolaborativní ekonomiky v současné době z pohledu českého, i světového. Cílem je komplexní pojetí tématu a predikce možného vývoje. První kapitola pojednává o rozličných sektorech sdílené ekonomiky, vývoji, struktuře a o proměně pracovního trhu. V druhé části je kladen důraz na daňové aspekty, aktuální legislativní rámec, jeho rozbor a možnosti ukotvení konceptu sdílené ekonomiky v České republice. Analytická část práce pojednávající o možném vývoji konkrétní platformy je podpořena grafy vygenerovanými programy EViews a STATGRAPHICS. Poukazuje na vzestupnou tendenci a rozmach sdílené ekonomiky v podmínkách České republiky, kterou na konkrétních číslech predikuje až do března roku 2019. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focusing on the analysis of actual problems of the collaborative economy from the Czech and the world point of view. The aim is a comprehensive concept of the topic and a forecast of its possible development. The beginning is dedicated to different sectors of the collaborative economy, the development, the structure and the change of the labor market. The second chapter emphasizes tax aspects and current legislative framework. Further defined are possibilities of anchoring the concept of the shared economy in Czech legislative framework. The last chapter is devoted to analytical part and it is supported by charts generated by programs EViews and STATGRAPHICS. It points to the upward trend and the boom of the shared economy in the Czech Republic. The analysis was predicted on specific data until March 2019. |
