| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice integrace dat z různých datových zdrojů. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat metody integrace dat v rámci navrhování vhodného softwarového produktu pro konkrétní organizaci specializující se na provozování call center pro různé oblasti byznysu. K dosažení tohoto cíle byla provedena analýza společnosti a jejího informačního systému, bylo vybráno několik platforem pro integraci dat a na základě navrhované metody byla provedena jejich srovnávací analýza.První část práce je věnována popisu různých konceptů, které jsou nedílnou součástí oblasti integrace dat. Praktická část zahrnuje jak analýzu studované organizace, strukturu její informačního systému a cílů, jakož i srovnání vybraných platforem pro integraci dat na základě předložených a ověřených požadavků. Formulování kritérií a požadavků pro platformu pro integraci dat je založeno na cílech studované společnosti a na problémech, s nimiž se setkávají účastníci informačních toků v organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the issue of data integration originated from various data sources. The aim of the thesis is to explore the area of integration and to argue for an exact solution to the problem of various heterogeneous data in the concrete company's information system (specific organization specializing in the operation of call centres for various business areas). To achieve this goal, the company and its information system were analysed, several platforms for data integration were chosen and their comparative analysis was performed on the basis of the proposed method.The first part of this thesis focuses on the understanding of the concepts of solving data inte-gration problems. The remaining part analyses a number of practical ways of solving those issues in businesses, evaluation of those practical solutions, including listing advantages and disadvantages of most popular software solutions from top companies in the area. The for-mulation of criteria and requirements for the platform is based on the goals of the company. |
