| Abstract: | This thesis investigates valuations of medical practices, particularly a dental practice. The aim of the thesis is to present specific characteristics of a dental practice relevant to the company valuation and relate it to the known methods of a company assessment. Particular method is given in this work to the Capitalized Earnings Method, which is adapted to particularities of medical practice valuations, in order to meet the specific characteristics of these type of businesses. Possible reference data sources are presented and analyzed in this paper. The theoretically elaborated foundations are linked with the practice and possibilities as well as boundaries are shown. |

| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceňováním lékařských praxí, konkrétně zubní praxe. Cílem diplomové práce je určit specifické charakteristiky zubní praxe, které souvisí s oceňováním takového typu firmy. Použitá metoda v této práci je metoda kapitalizovaných výnosů, která je přizpůsobena zvláštnostem ocenění lékařských praxí, aby bylo možné zohlednit specifické charakteristiky těchto typů podniků. V diplomové práci jsou analyzovány a prezentovány zdroje referenčních dat. Teoretické základy jsou propojeny s praxí a nalezené hrozby s příležitostmi jsou analyzovány. |
