| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finančních i nefinančních nákladů a přínosů zařazování žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami do běžného proudu vzdělávání v kontextu České republiky. Práce poukazuje na úskalí inkluzivního vzdělávání a snaží se zhodnotit připravenost České republiky na celoplošnou inkluzi, tak jak byla představena v roce 2016. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny a rozlišeny základní pojmy. Je představen vývoj inkluzivního myšlení jak na celosvětové, tak národní úrovni. Praktická část se věnuje inkluzivnímu vzdělávání v České republice v období mezi školními roky 2014/2015 a 2016/2017. V návaznosti je analyzován dopad inkluzivní novely na fungování speciálních škol, a to zejména v oblasti financí. Klíčovou součástí práce je pojetí inkluze z pohledu pedagogů speciálních a základních škol. Z tohoto pojetí vyplývá, že nastavení vládní strategie pro celoplošnou inkluzi není slučitelné se současnou pedagogickou realitou v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the monetary and non-monetary costs and benefits of including students with special educational needs into mainstream education in the Czech Republic. This thesis points to the problems of inclusive education and tries to evaluate the status of the Czech Republic for full-scale inclusive education as it was introduced in 2016. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis explains key definitions related to the topic and presents the evolution of inclusive education at both a global and national level. The practical part of this work is focused on inclusive education in the Czech Republic with primary focus on 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 academic years. It is followed by analyzing the impact of inclusive legal amendment on special schools with a focus on the financial aspects. A key part of the thesis is looking at teachers’ approach to this issue in both special and elementary schools.The main finding of this diploma thesis is that the Czech Republic and its legal background strategy for implementing inclusion nationally is not compatible with the current pedagogical situation. |
