| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv IT metodik na výkonnost IT podniku a prozkoumání vzta-hu mezi cíli podniku a používanými metodikami pro oblast IT. Za účelem vysvětlení dané oblasti, se teoretická část práce zabývá charakteristikou IT v podnicích a samotnými IT pod-niky, vymezením tvorby celopodnikových cílů a IT cílů a jejich vlivem na výkonnost IT podniku, a dále je její součástí i přehled důležitých metodik, standardů a best-practice týkají-cích se dané problematiky a obecného řízení IT v podniku. Praktická část pak vychází z vytvořeného teoretického rámce. Jejím obsahem je vzájemné mapování definovaných me-todik, standardů a best-practice na jednotlivé IT cíle a jeho ověření. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is the influence of IT methodology on an IT enterprise’s per-formance and the research of the relationship between the business goals and IT methodolo-gies. In order to explain the field, the theoretical part deals with IT characteristics of the en-terprises and the IT enterprises themselves, defining how the goals of the entire enterprise, as well as its IT goals, are set and how they influence the IT enterprise’s performance. The theo-retical part also incorporates an overview of important methodologies, standards, and best practices related to the given issue and to IT management in a business in general. The practi-cal part is based on the theory described in the first part. Its content is the mutual mapping of defined methodologies, standards, and best practices applied to the particular IT goals and the verification of such a mapping. |
