| Abstract: | Žijeme v době sociálních sítí, kde každý kdo má chytrý mobilní telefon, využívá alespoň jednu sociální síť. A to právě kvůli tomu, že se může snadno spojit s okolím a se svými přáteli. Jedním z prvních průkopníků je společnost Facebook. Tato společnost dokázala spojit prostřednictvím internetu celý svět. Později přinesla svým uživatelům aplikaci Messenger. Tím změnila způsob komunikace mezi lidmi navždy. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a vytvořit tzv. Messenger bota, který bude pomocí textových zpráv usnadňovat život studentům Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. V této práci se čtenář seznámí s tím, jak chatbot vypadal kdysi a jak vypadá dnes. Na základě zkušeností z implementace chatbota budou zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody platformy a ukázány jaké příležitosti a hrozby toto prostředí skrývá. Před návrhem aplikace byli analyzováni dostupní chatboti, ze kterých by si čtenář mohl čerpat inspiraci. Návrh aplikace začíná definováním požadavků na funkcionalitu. Následuje vytvoření diagramu pro grafické znázornění interakce uživatele se systémem, vybrání technologií a infrastruktury, na které bude aplikace běžet, představení dostupných prvků grafického uživatelského prostředí a na konec postup samotného vývoje aplikace do produkčního prostředí.Práce je vhodná pro toho, kdo by chtěl zjistit více o problému, jak si sestavit vlastní aplikaci pro Messenger a dozvědět se, jaké možnosti přináší. |

| Abstract: | We live in a time of social networking where everyone who has a smart phone uses at least one social network. This is because it can easily connect with your surroundings and your friends. One of the first pioneers is Facebook. This company has been able to connect the world through the Internet. Later, she brought her users to Messenger. This has changed the way people communicate with each other forever.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and create so-called messenger shoe, which will help to make life easier for students of University of Economics in Prague. In this work, the reader gets to know how chatbot looked once and how it looks today. Based on the experience of chatbot implementation, the advantages and disadvantages of the platform will be evaluated and the opportunities and threats of this environment will be shown. Before designing the application, available chatbots were analyzed from which the reader could draw inspiration. Application design begins with defining functionality requirements. The following is a diagram to graphically illustrate the user's interaction with the system, select the technologies and infrastructures that the application will run on, show the graphical user interface elements available, and finally develop the application itself into the production environment.The job is good for those who want to find out more about the problem of how to build your own messenger application and learn about the possibilities it brings. |
